WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rural Housing Service has issued a notice called: Multifamily Housing Preservation Pilot and Multifamily Housing Guaranteed Loan Notice of Loan-to-Cost Percentage Change for Option 3 (Continuous Guarantee).
