WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Rural Business-Cooperative Service has issued a rule called: Unleashing American Energy and Economic Prosperity; Rural Energy for America Program (REAP).
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Gimmie Jansonius, Administrator, Rural Business Cooperative Service.
