WASHINGTON, DC - Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released the following statement in response to the Trump Administration's decision to let over $230 million in federal funding for housing in rural areas expire. The Trump Administration has failed to distribute nearly half of the $1 billion Congress allocated for the Single Family Housing Direct Home Loans Program during a housing affordability crisis, and much of that money will now no longer be able to be used next year.
