ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga., Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command issued the following news release:
The Air Force Reserve expands financial incentives for fully qualified enlisted Airmen looking to continue their military service, making it easier for active-duty Airmen, prior-service, Air National Guardsmen, and current Reserve Airmen to continue serving while earning a bonus and building financial freedom.
The Fiscal Year 2026 Summer Surge Incentive Program, available through Sept. 30, 2026, offers a $10,000 lump-sum payment to eligible enlisted Airmen who commit to a three-year service commitment in the Air Force Reserve.
