On behalf of the United States, I congratulate the people of Rwanda on your 64th Independence Day and 32nd Liberation Day.
The United States and Rwanda share an interest in promoting prosperity and regional security. We look forward to strengthening our economic and diplomatic relationship in the year ahead as we pursue implementation of the Washington Accords and commercial partnerships.
