Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) and Congressman Ro Khanna (D-CA) sent a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer urging him to publicly reaffirm former Attorney General Pam Bondi's legal obligation to appear for her deposition scheduled for April 14, 2026.
Bondi was subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee after the Committee passed Rep. Mace's motion to subpoena her on March 4th on a bipartisan basis. The subpoena requires Pam Bondi to appear for a sworn deposition regarding the Department of Justice's handling of the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his associates and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act (EFTA), a ...
