Representative John W. Mannion today announced that the City of Utica and Oneida County will receive $35,469 in federal funding through the U.S. Department of Justice's Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program.
Representative John W. Mannion said, "Everyone deserves to live in a safe community, and this federal grant will provide local law enforcement with additional tools to fight crime and protect residents.
