Following President Trump's call for Congress to enact tougher punishments for repeat violent offenders during last night's State of the Union address, Congressman Tony Wied (R-WI-08) and Congressman Tom Tiffany (R-WI-07) introduced the Securing Our Streets (SOS) Act to ensure that violent repeat offenders remain behind bars.
