U.S. Representative Suhas Subramanyam (VA-10) released a statement on a new OPM rule allowing the president to reclassify approximately 50,000 federal workers as "at will" employees under a new classification known as Schedule Policy/Career (Schedule P/C). The President can sign an executive order to finalize this rule effective this week.
