Salem, OR - Today, Congresswoman Andrea Salinas (OR-06) release the following statement in response to ICE's reckless operations in Salem.
"My team and I are monitoring the news of today's ICE operations in Salem. I'm deeply concerned about their use of force and their impulse to escalate the situation against Oregonians.
"ICE's actions today were reckless and needlessly endangered innocent people. As part of today's operations, ICE deployed pepper spray, pepper balls, and smoke canisters against the elderly and children.
