STATEHOUSE (Aug. 21, 2026) - Rep. J.D. Prescott (R-Union City) is applauding today's announcement that INDYCAR will introduce an updated 100% Renewable Race Fuel formulation supplied by Shell that includes ethanol feedstock sourced from the U.S. beginning with the 2027 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season.
Nearly one year ago, Prescott called on INDYCAR to source its ethanol from the United States, urging the racing series to support American farmers and domestic ethanol producers.
