The Farmers Lifeline Options for Overcoming Disasters (FLOOD) Act is co-led by Rep. Randy Feenstra (IA-04), and Senators Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) and Jim Justice (R-WV) are leading companion legislation in the Senate.
