Today, U.S. Representative Sarah McBride (D-Del.) celebrated Delaware's winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition (https://www.congressionalinstitute.org/congressional-art-competition/), an annual nationwide competition sponsored by the U.S. House of Representatives that recognizes outstanding student artwork from every congressional district.
