Lee (PA-12) joined Mon Valley Initiative (MVI), Allegheny County Economic Development (ACED), elected officials, project partners, and community members to celebrate the completion of its rehabilitation of 3 Miller Ave with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, August 6. The renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home, located in Rankin, will soon welcome new homeowner Emily Perry and her family.
