Today, Congressman John Garamendi (CA-08), a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, joined U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), along with Representatives Delia Ramirez (Ill-03), and Troy Carter (LA-02), in pressing the Inspector Generals of the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State to open an investigation into the Trump administration's attempts to deport people to countries they have no ties to.
