Lone Tree, CO - Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (CO-04) today welcomed nearly $2.4 million in grants from the Department of Veterans Affairs for four organizations benefitting veterans in Colorado's 4th Congressional District through the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program.
The awards are part of $112 million the VA is distributing nationwide for community suicide prevention. The four organizations are:
Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project - $750,000
Veterans Community Project - $748,663
Healing Warriors Program - $477,458
Eastern Plains Healthcare Consortium - $400,000
