St. Mary's College of Maryland President Rhonda Phillips, Ph.D., FAICP, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. Omicron Delta Kappa President and Chief Executive Officer Jennifer L. Waller announced Phillips' election to the national board.
