WASHINGTON, May 1 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: Overweight and Oversize Items Fee Application.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 1 by Kevin Rayburn, Attorney, Ethics & Legal Compliance.
Summary: The Postal Service is amending Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) subsection 601.1.2.3 to revise the application of the overweight and oversize fee.
