WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Postal Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: Rules Regarding Off-the-Record Procedures.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Mallory S. Richards, Attorney-Advisor.

Summary: The Commission is revising its rules of practice and procedure to clarify the scope of permissible informal, off-the-record procedures discussed at Commission prehearing conferences.
