WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Safety of Gas Transmission Pipelines: MAOP Reconfirmation, Expansion of Assessment Requirements, and Other Related Amendments; Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator.

Summary: This final rule makes a correction to the requirements for reconfirming the maximum allowable operating pressure of gas transmission lines.
