PIPELINE AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SAFETY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: PIPELINE SAFETY: ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS FOR WRITTEN INTERPRETATIONS AND SPECIAL PERMITS

WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Electronic Submission of Requests for Written Interpretations and Special Permits.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator.

Summary: This final rule makes certain editorial corrections and non-substantive changes to 49 CFR part 190 to facilitate the electronic submission of requests for written interpretations and special permits.
