WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Editorial Correction to Requirements for Low-Stress Hazardous Liquid Pipelines in Rural Areas.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator.
