WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Declaratory Order Procedures.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator.
Summary: PHMSA is adopting a new regulation at 49 CFR 190.13 to establish procedures for issuing declaratory orders.
