WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pipeline Safety: Adjust Annual Report Deadlines.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator.
Summary: This NPRM proposes to extend the annual report deadline for operators of gas distribution pipelines, gas transmission pipelines, regulated gas gathering pipelines, Type R gas gathering lines, underground natural gas storage facilities, and liquefied natural gas facilities.
