Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Senate Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies (Labor-HHS) Appropriations Subcommittee, visited CAMC Memorial Hospital, joining U.S. Senator Jim Justice (R-W.Va.) and Vandalia Health in celebrating a $15,000,000 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS)award, which Senator Capito helped secure in Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26). This funding will support major upgrades to technical infrastructure and cybersecurity technology across CAMC's South Region.
