WACO, Texas - A Pflugerville woman was sentenced in federal court today to 21 months in prison for submitting fraudulent Paycheck Protection Loan (PPP) applications, announced U.S. Attorney Justin R. Simmons for the Western District of Texas.
According to court documents, on March 10, 2021, Aisha Jackson, 34, doing business as Logo Boosters, submitted a PPP application to a loan processor. The application contained false statements and documentation, including a fabricated voided check stub.
