Pensacola, Florida- Dr. Edward Scott Morrison, 58, of Pensacola Beach, Florida, pleaded guilty in federal court to nineteen counts of unlawfully distributing or dispensing controlled substances. John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida announced the plea.
