WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Patent and Trademark Office has issued a rule called: Required Use by Foreign Applicants and Patent Owners of a Patent Practitioner.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 20 by John A. Squires, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
