Congressman Burgess Owens (UT-04) presented the Saratoga Springs Post Office Act (H.R. 4716) (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/4716/all-actions?s=2&r=1&hl=saratoga+springs+spring) before the Committee on Natural Resources Federal Lands Subcommittee.
Saratoga Springs Mayor Chris Carn was a witness at the hearing, and he was joined by Lehi Mayor Paul Binns and Eagle Mountain Mayor Jared Gray, who also attended the hearing.
