SANTA ANA, California - The Justice Department announced today that S&K Towing Inc., a San Clemente-based towing company, hasagreed to pay $160,000 to resolve a lawsuit alleging that it violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) by illegally auctioning motor vehicles owned by members of the military.
