WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Office of the Secretary of Transportation has issued a notice called: Guidance on Multimodal State Freight Plans and State Freight Advisory Committees.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 24 by Michael Rutherford, Assistant Secretary for Multimodal Freight Infrastructure and Policy.
