WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a rule called: Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs: Substance Abuse Professional and the Return-to-Duty Process.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 4 by Douglas Simon, Director, Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy Compliance.
