The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 13 by Troy W. Finnegan, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Assistant Secretary-Policy, Management and Budget.
Summary: This final rule revises the simplified Type A procedures in the regulations for conducting natural resource damage assessments for hazardous substance releases.
