OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY ISSUES RULE: DOT ORGANIZATIONAL TERMINOLOGY; TECHNICAL CORRECTION

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a rule called: DOT Organizational Terminology; Technical Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Gregory Zerzan, General Counsel.

Summary: This final rule makes technical updates to and rescinds certain DOT regulations to ensure they accurately reflect current DOT Operating Administration names and statutory authorities.
