WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a notice called: Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Personnel Demonstration Project (PDP); Defense Health Agency (DHA) Research and Development (R&D) Activity, Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland.
