WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of Designation of Chinese Military Companies.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Aaron T. Siegel, Alternate OSD Federal Register Liaison Officer, Department of Defense.
Summary: The Deputy Secretary of Defense has determined that the entities listed in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATIONsection of this notice satisfy the requirements to be designated as a "Chinese military company."
