The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 5 by Sheila R. Garrity, Director, Office of Research Integrity, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health.

Summary: Findings of research misconduct have been made against Ariel Fernandez, Ph.D. (also known as Ariel Fernandez Stigliano), former Karl F. Hasselmann Chaired Professor of Engineering, Department of Bioengineering, Rice University.
