WASHINGTON, April 27 -- Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has issued a proposed rule called: Streamlining Regulations Concerning Public Welfare Investments, Open Market Collateralized Loan Obligations, and Federal Savings Association Nondiscrimination Requirements.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 27 by Jonathan V. Gould, Comptroller of the Currency.
