WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Office of the Attorney General has issued a proposed rule called: Department of Justice; Response to Correspondence Requesting Rulemaking.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Todd Blanche, Attorney General.

Summary: This document responds to 10 submissions received by the Department of Justice ("DOJ" or "the Department") or its components that asked the Department or a component to initiate rulemaking. After reviewing these submissions, the Department declines to initiate rulemakings in response to them.
