WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 -- Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has issued a rule called: Rescission of the "Ten-Day Notices and Corrective Action for State Regulatory Program Issues" Rule, Issued April 9, 2024.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 19 by Lanny E. Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement Exercising the Authority of the Assistant Secretary-Land Minerals Management.
