OFFICE OF NATURAL RESOURCES REVENUE ISSUES NOTICE: MAJOR PORTION PRICES AND DUE DATE FOR ADDITIONAL ROYALTY PAYMENTS ON GAS PRODUCED FROM INDIAN LANDS IN DESIGNATED AREAS THAT ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH AN INDEX ZONE

WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Office of Natural Resources Revenue has issued a notice called: Major Portion Prices and Due Date for Additional Royalty Payments on Gas Produced From Indian Lands in Designated Areas That Are Not Associated With an Index Zone.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 5 by April Lockler, Acting Director of the Office of Natural Resources Revenue.

Summary: In accordance with regulations governing valuation of gas produced from Indian lands, ONRR is publishing this notice in the Federal Registerof the major portion prices applicable to calendar year 2024 and the date by which a lessee must pay any additional royalties due under major portion pricing.
