WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Office Of Government Ethics has issued a rule called: Exempting Certain Career Federal Employees From Ethics Reporting Requirements.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 23 by Keith Sonderling, Acting Director, U.S. Office of Government Ethics.
Summary: The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is amending the ethics reporting requirements to preserve the filing status of each position transferred to Schedule Policy/Career as it existed prior to being rescheduled.
