WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Publication of Venezuela Sanctions Regulations Web General Licenses 48A and 49A.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Summary: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing two general licenses (GLs) issued pursuant to the Venezuela Sanctions Regulations: GLs 48A and 49A, which were previously made available on OFAC's website.
