OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL ISSUES RULE: PUBLICATION OF A DETERMINATION ISSUED PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER 13902.

WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Publication of a Determination Issued Pursuant to Executive Order 13902.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Summary: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing a sector determination pursuant to a January 10, 2020 Executive Order. The determination was previously issued on OFAC's website.
