Atlanta, Oct. 5 -- OCONEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS has issued a solicitation notice (PE-70800-NONST-2027-000000048) titled ‘EMS Building & Facilities Shop CMAR Services’. Notably, the event starts on Oct. 1 and ends on Oct. 29.
Further, the description states, “Oconee County is seeking proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) companies for the construction of a new EMS Building and a new Facilities Shop to be located behind Fire Station No. 1 on Macon Highway. Upon completion of a review of proposals received, the County anticipates awarding a contract for preconstruction services and, at the County's discretion, a subsequent contract for construction.
