Ocala, Florida -Michelle Forsythe(62, Ocala) has pleaded guilty toone count of aggravated identity theft and one count of wire fraud.She faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison for the wire fraud offense and a minimum sentence of two years for the aggravated identity theft offense.
