WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: State of Indiana: Discontinuance of Certain Commission Regulatory Authority Within the State, Notice of Agreement Between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the State of Indiana.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Jody Martin, Secretary of the Commission.
