WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: TN Americas, LLC Standardized NUHOMS(R) Horizontal Modular Storage System for Irradiated Nuclear Fuel, Certificate of Compliance No. 1004, Renewed Amendment No. 19.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Michael King, Executive Director for Operations.
