WASHINGTON, May 1 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Licensing Requirements for Microreactors and Other Reactors With Comparable Risk Profiles.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 1 by Tomas Herrera, Acting Secretary of the Commission.
