Summary: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-108, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is republishing 13 Privacy Act systems of records notices (SORNs) following a comprehensive review.
